I am a frequent Cafenet user. I use it all the time, you could say I live the service. Some weeks I am on it almost daily.
I am based in Paraparaumu but most of my business is done in Wellington. I use Cafenet to check mail, check websites for information and downloads. I guess you could say I treat it as "my network" just like the one in my office. Only thing is that I take it with me all over central Wellington.
The speed is great, the hotspots are mostly where I can have quick and easy access. My family are doing degrees at Vic Uni and we frequently sit in Starbucks or some other cafe and access University resources via Cafenet. It is fabulous. In fact frequently it is quicker via Cafenet than using the Universities own network. I am starting a degree myself next trimester and have a feeling that I also will use Cafenet just like they do.
