Quick answers to login and other problems

  • Your userid is the email you signed up with
  • If you forgot your password we can email or txt it to you (if your phone number is recorded in the system)
  • If you use a proxy server for work rather than a direct connection to the internet you will only ever get to the front page. You need to change your browser to use 'A direct connection to the internet' while on CafeNET
  • You can logout by going back to 'My Account' and clicking on logout.
